DS1010-150 Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. With the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Through Hole is used. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. Taps and steps are configured with 10. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number DS1010 are universally preferred. There are two terminals at DUAL. The system is equipped with 14 terminations for a unique configuration. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE.
