DS1023S-50+ Overview
Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used.
