DS1010-1000 Overview
For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By using the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. This type of mounting is based on the Through Hole technique. A temperature range of 0°C~70°C is available. A 10 tap/step configuration is provided. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 14 termination. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. It can be operated with a supply voltage of 4.75V as a minimum. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable to operate it.
