DS1007S-14 Overview
It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of 0°C~70°C.
