650R-01LFT Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. Clock, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 66.67MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 3V~5.5V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
